The East Orange Housing Authority (EOHA) is now accepting applications for its Senior Housing Property located at 160 Halsted Street, East Orange, NJ. The residence will consist of 60 low-income housing tax credit units. Fifteen of the units will be reserved for homeless individuals. All but the fifteen homeless units will be restricted to individuals aged 55 and older. Applications will be accepted from April 22, 2024 through April 26, 2024. Application forms can be downloaded from the EOHA website at www.eoha.org or picked up at 160- A Hasted Street, East Orange, NJ 07018 Management office) Monday to Thursday,9:00 am – 3:00 pm. Applications will be accepted on a first come basis. Selection will be based on program income qualification guidelines and background check.
