The Housing Choice Voucher Program was created to assist individuals and families in becoming homeowners. It’s a six month program which is broken down into seven series which consist of: :

	Preparing for Homeownership,
	Understanding your credit,
	creating and maintaining a good budget,
	What is a Real Estate Attorney and why are they important in your homeownership process,
	The lender, How to understand products and programs and how to choose the right lender,
	The Role of a Real Estate Professional.
	The Home Inspection process, why is Homeowners insurance a must? And what does it cover?

That is just a brief description of our course outline. Our program runs in six month intervals, we believe it takes six months of education and preparation for the homeownership process.

Our goal is to build wealth in our community without fail. We have a curriculum that helps with Credit Repair and Financial Fitness. Our program began in September 2005. To date we have potential families in which we are preparing 2006 homeownership.
